…but can’t find a recipe anywhere! I have seen potato fondant on this show, and have tried various cauliflower steak recipes, but this could be “the one”!
I will be searching videos, but it takes so long, and I will probably lose interest.
Have you considered using the potato recipe, substituting cauliflower?

I have never made the potato version, but I think that’s as good way to start.
