It’s sort of bastardized Irish Chinese, distinct from standard Chinese American or Chinese Canadian food. It might hit the spot for the expat Irish living in NYC and it’s a novelty for people like me.

I don’t think Irish Spice Bags will put any Chinese restaurants out of business in NYC, but I can understand 5 or 6 places in NYC offering them.

I am also hoping people will add their favourite Irish pubs, bars and restaurants.
When I lived in NYC a very long time ago, I lived near Turtle Bay, which had a lot of Irish American bars at the time.
