I know there are health and environmental issues with Atlantic farmed salmon. What about Idaho Farm Raised Trout, which I’m starting to see in the store?

Surrounded by mountains, they’re probably not going to escape, so I think that makes it ok 
Trout, like Salmon, can be sustainably raised in a controlled environment (i.e. farmed).
One just has to know the source, and where to purchase them.
It takes some effort, of course.
The problem is, as with most seafood, is proper labeling of the source. Both at the market, and at retail restaurants.
