Good friends had included this amazing hot sauce in a care package they sent back in July last year (along with fixins for Manhattans). We had it last night with carnitas, and it may just be the perfect condiment for pork / meats.
The makers are part of the Beckham family, based in Brooklyn.
Really excellent stuff.
