I had a peach-with-raspberry-ripple ice cream while vacationing in BC last summer. It was delicious! I had made a note to try making it at home next time peaches are in season.

It’s freezing out, but why not? Tin roof ice cream from The Perfect Scoop. This is vanilla ice cream with a fudge ripple and chocolate covered roasted peanuts. I added another 1/2C of cream to the ice cream base, as it was quite sweet and that made it just right. It’s very good.
