Hi, everyone. This is my first post in the cooking discussions and I have a weird question for you. I am trying to recreate a cookie that I had at a coffee shop: a not-sweet chocolate cookie with a peanut butter center. Imagine a large thumbprint cookie. Do you have recommendations for a moist, plain chocolate cookie (with espresso is even better), something not sweet and durable enough to withstand an indentation and a giant blob of peanut butter on top? Ideally something you have tried yourself and can vouch for. Thank you.
