The chutney made a big dent! Mint and cilantro seen here with balcony eggplant and pepper (shrimp and red onion came from elsewhere).

Balcony eggplant!! I am jealous. Our mint continues to get uprooted and cut with a Weedwacker, after more than 30 years of fighting it - an amateur landscaper put some in one flower bed.
Oof. Why not put some bamboo in there, while you’re at it.

I’m trying to think about mint and shrimp together. How’d it turn out?
Good! I ate it at room temperature. I felt the mint/shrimp combo has precedent in Vietnamese summer rolls.
