Have you joined the 'Cloud Eggs' craze?

They look great! A different way to breakfast that is actually 400 years old. Eggs whites whipped and baked. Yolks placed in the middle, baked again. Add condiments to taste…It has been all over the media.

I am tempted to try making these but it will be awhile before I turn the oven on due to the heat!

Tried it years and years ago…its a really good way to spend an amazing amount of time and effort in the kitchen to just end up with an egg.

I’ve tried it naked as you describe, as well as beating the whites until stiff then folding the yolks back in for a cloud omelet.

Not worth the faffing around for me.
