Have you heard of Wagyu Butter Round Steak? How would you cook it?

Was on sale so I bought it to try… (channeling @shrinkrap but I only bought a pound… haha)

Butter round, not bottom round? I can’t find anything!

Maybe it was a misprint and they went with it?

It looks like a thin steak, not a to of marbling though wagyu.

I’m guessing it’s just round steak - eye or bottom or what have you.

But I never cook those…

Maybe Bo Luc Lac / Shaking beef? Or a roulade that’s reverse seared?
