I bought two pints of figs today. About half are ripe & delicious; but the other half are hard, and from experience, I know that once figs are picked, they won’t get better. So I’m thinking of drying them.
I don’t have a dehydrator and I’m not going to buy one. Has anyone here ever dried fruit in the oven?
