I seem to recall dicing it pretty small for this dish.

Looks delicious.
It raises the question about eggs scrambled into things… Does it even make sense to try to distinguish a hash from a scramble?
To me, hash always includes potatoes. Scrambles don’t. That’s just me, though.

I think hash to have either potato or a similar root vegetable

I grew up in Germany with a different kind of hash entirely, so I got overly excited when this thread was first started
