Hmm. It’s been 3 decades since I had one, so I may be misremembering, but the B&b my friend and I stayed in in 1990 had a full EB every day. First I got rid of the beans, then the red ball of hot lava (grilled tomato), and lastly the floppy bacon.
I mostly enjoyed the eggs & endless toast
I’ve never had one myself, but pictures usually have mushrooms and also fried bread.
Tesco’s Barber’s cheddar and confit onion sausages were super delish!
