Greek night at our house last night. A rack of lamb for each of us, a Greek salad, and a very untraditional pilaf. The racks of lamb were done in the slow cooker, due to the last lamb we bought being (unfortunately) tough. They were delicious this way, and everything tasted great.

Looks wonderful! We gotz some lamb on the menu for tonight, but not Greek. Greek-ish, mabez, if we add a dash of cinnamon to the pasta sauce ![]()

Lovely! I usually crave Greek food more in the summer months, but of course there are so many wonderful winter dishes (like youvetsi).
