I make a double batch with coconut oil instead of veg oil and 50/50 yogurt/milk instead of water, though I might try coffee next time.
I added some shredded unsweetened dry coconut, but apparently not enough.
and orange zest and juice though apparently not enough nuther.
Any suggestions on how much coconut and/or orange to add per double bag batch?
The texture and flavor is good, but the coconut and/or orange doesn’t come thru enough.
