Yesterday we made 小笼包(small streamed buns) ,the combination of soft dough and the minced pork meat, it was so delicious and juicy, I eat a lot, but still we couldn’t finished all, for today’s lunch I fried the rests, oh! believe me it was even more delicious… fried streamed buns.
