Went to Saffron for lunch buffet today $18.99 each.
They have a salad, Tandoori chicken, butter chicken, one other chicken dish. Samosa. Paneer tikka Marsala, a dal/lentil dish. And a couple more vegetables dish. Rice and naan bread. Also, Carrot halwa dessert.
So everything is good. Pretty typical Indian buffet; nothing that would knock your socks off. I am a little disappointed there is no lamb or goat dish though.
Anyway, it’s nice to have an Indian buffet option at Freehold downtown.
