So I don’t forage. But I looked at this category to see what was here. And it reminded me of something I have wondered about.
I have purslane growing in my garden, between the cracks in the sidewalk, pretty much all over. It’s easy to pull out so I don’t really mind it. I’ve read about its edibility and have munched it raw, thrown a bit into a cooked dish and haven’t been too impressed.
Do any of you forage it, or even grow it on purpose? What do you do with it?
