For Brussels sprouts haters

Maybe it’s a genetic thing. Love brussels most ways. Roasted, shredded, braised or raw. Just not in a steam tray in a cafeteria

They def were bitter back in the day, which is why I wasn’t too fond of them as a kid.

I love them now, however. I should really make them more often.
