For braised Green beans with Tomatoes and Garlic

It’s time!

Most of these are not the “mature” beans of late summer, but some seem to have continued maturing after picking!

I am trying something a little different this time; I’m starting with roasted tomatoes from last week, rather than whole, fresh tomatoes. Any thoughts? I’m worried it won’t include enough olive oil!

ETA Looks like I tried this in '23 and it needed work.
