Favorite recipes with matcha

I like matcha ice-cream when it is not too sweet. The matcha waffle dessert I had in Hong Kong maybe can give you inspiration:

One of my favourite, the black sesame soup. This one we tasted in Causeway Bay’s Xiao Tian Gu was so so, the sesame taste was a bit pale…watered down… The matcha tea waffle with matcha ice-cream and French toast with some red bean. It was not a traditional dessert, funny to mix everything up, why not?! The result was quite ok. [image] [image]

I find it strange when matcha is used in very sweet dessert, it is difficult to get the right balance.
I prefer to drink the green tea on its own.
