So I’m playing with potatoes today.

I regret the plated photo over the pan. Anyway…I boiled then fried these in olive oil and a bit of butter. Added thyme, rosemary and garlic then finished with chives and parm.

Results: Not crispy enough; but nice flavors. I craved a sour cream - creamy flavor when eating.

Not a complete failure but lots of room for improvement.

How thick are those?
Would they be potato pancakes if you smushed them?
