It used to be that my friends could order for me from almost any menu – I’d eat whatever was the most unusual. But I stopped eating mammals about 10 years ago so I have no favorites to recommend (reindeer stroganoff might have been my favorite but that was probably more about the sauce) but what I can tell you is that if you ever see seal on a menu, try something else.
As an aside, there used to be a fabulous restaurant in NYC – New Deal – that served a wide selection of wild game (zebra, lion, camel, raccoon, etc). They were around for many years until PETA protests finally forced them to close.
