Egyptian Pita Bread Recipe

Similar to pita , but made with whole wheat flour, I have made this Egyptian flatbread. It is traditionally baked in oven:

By the by, my partner made pittas yesterday. A Paul Hollywood recipe. FWIW, he used to be the pastry chef at a hotel I’ve stayed at in Cyprus, so has probably made thousands of them there.
