Eat this sauce a 100 years and you’ll live a long time

As my grandfather used to say of anything he loved to eat.

The recipe below has a wonderful Peruvian chicken recipe that we’ve used on a rotisserie above charcoal but the accompanying sauce is incredible, versatile and comes together in ten minutes. Fantastic on roast chicken, steak, roast potatoes and especially rice. Use jalapeño seeds to ramp up the heat or go for a milder, more garlic-forward profile.

That green sauce is one of my absolute faves, too. That & chimichurri are just perfect with roast meats.
