Bromont
We have recently moved to the Eastern Townships and are looking for good food: restaurants,cafes,Boulangeries, pattiseries, etc. We are in Bromont but enjoy traveling round the townships in the hunt for good eats!

I haven’t been for 20 years, so I can’t help too much.
I’m sure you will find lots of good eats. I always eat well in small town Quebec.

I ate at Hovey Manor many moons ago, and really enjoyed it. One dish that stood out was a fish concoction cooked in a mason jar. It consisted of layers of fish, tomato, celeriac purée, and other things (it was a long time ago). We were instructed to dig our spoons in to the bottom so we got a bit of everything in one spoon. Really great! Bonus was we were eating and staying there on points.
I didn’t enjoy the accommodations so much. The room reeked of wood smoke, and the bathroom was the tiniest I’ve been in: 3’x6’.
