2025 Not Baked thread -- Doughs, Desserts, Batters, and all the rest

3 years later, time for a fresh thread. What are you making that isn’t baked? For me, it’s a lot of flatbreads (stuffed or plain), sweets cooked stovetop rather than in the oven, fried pastries (sweet or savory), and lots more. My last sweet foray was old-fashioned fudge, and if I wasn’t trying to be good right now I’d make a quick batch! [image] Here’s the old thread:
