I’m getting ready to make a batch of macadamia nut orgeat, and wondering if any of you have any advice or tips to offer? It will be a component in a special Mai Tai such as we had at The MonkeyPod resto on Maui. Delicious and topped with liliko foam.
Love the Monkeypod and just had one (several) of their lilikoi Mai Tais in October/November. So am going to put a batch of homemade orgeat together, now the holidays are over. Came across a recipe I’ll try to link, and will also let you know how the project turns out.
