This batch of spiced pecans might be the best I’ve made! Boxes sent to So Cal, N.C. and New York.
The one to New York was just hot sauce.

This year is the first year I’ve mailed a lot of home-baked goods to friends and family, instead of ordering baskets or sending gift baskets I have made of local prepared foods
We will see how it goes over. 
5 cousins and 1 friend have been sent home-made fruitcake, 2 cousins have also been sent home-made party mix.
I added some locally-made stroopwafels, locally-made dip mix, and Quebec blueberry jam to a couple parcels.
We have received a few homemade food gifts this week. Some ginger molasses sandwich cookies with buttercream in the middle, some Mexican wedding cakes, and some really lovely home-made mince tarts.
