Do I need a new chopper?

I have something that appears in the photographs but was not reviewed: the Kuhn Rikon 2 cup pull chopper

An FP tends IME to chop poorly. You quickly get a bowl of onion much. Then you are left with something kind of hard to wash. That very fine almost liquified chop is good for some things. I do, however, love my FP for wet doughs like pizza crust.

I agree about the FP chopping results, especially with onions (or any other high water content vegetables). And yeah, washing is no fun. I find the blade more anxiety-inducing than I do a knife.
