What is the problem with tweezers which are used also in many non fine dining restaurants. It’s a better way to add parts of a dish instead of using your hands as a chef and clean them after each dish
I guess you shouldn’t go in many restaurants as a fish head or duck/squab head (and many whole animal usage dishes) are very common as part of dishes. Don’t really see what is the problem with it.
Fish heads are common around the world because they come with the fish people eat. Only in the US and a few other places is it considered weird, abnormal or gross to see an actual fish head. BTW, eating the fish eyes and cheeks are considered delicacies in many cultures.
They already sold the tickets. So yes it will happen. But the question is whether he will be as much of a draw next time he tries another popup now that his abuses are more widely covered.
Just read that his social media team are busy deleting negative comments and testimonials from people who have worked there. Ugh it’s depressing. Ok I get some yelling but the physical abuse part is really terrible.
Well the popup will be interesting. It’s at a big house/estate that was close to where I grew up in Silverlake in Los Angeles. I’ll be interested to see if it all goes off without a hitch.
