I’m sorry to hear this, but I’m not surprised. The two times I tried Delirama, the food was okay but the service was totally disorganized to the point of being annoying. I do remember the rye was the best I’ve had in the Bay Area.
The schlep to The Refuge is a long one, but the food, service, and atmosphere are wonderful. Saul’s is fine too.
