These bacon wrapped artichoke hearts are fantastic. I however halved the hearts and only used a quarter strip of bacon. Costco has them in a jar btw.
Could you bake them instead of frying? Or is frying in oil critical to the taste?
Looks great and definitely easy to do, a bonus for busy, one cook (me) meals.
Good question. I fry bacon so I don’t see why not. I’d probably put them on a rack on a rimmed backing sheet. I do slices of bacon at 400 for 20 minutes. Let us know please.
