Honestly I shouldn’t be reviewing because I totally cheated and just stole the concept, but it was a good, easy dinner, so here I am. The headnote suggests serving this on a sub roll. Sure, why not? So I got rolls, used Rao’s marinara, frozen breaded shrimp got popped in the oven, and sliced mozzarella on the warmed sub rolls. It’s the week before Christmas, and I needed easy. The family loved these in a way that surprised me. Thanks for the inspiration, Carmine’s.
