What format do these books come in?
At $1.99, I just bought it and think later. It helped of course that I wanted to buy the print version last year any way.
You choose your format in your preference when you sign up the newsletter. I choose iBook (Mac/iOS), but I just bought my first kindle amazon ebook with the link… These books can be handy when the day I want to cook a certain cuisine.
Or, just getting more familiar with a cuisine and its components.
