Daikon and Korean Moo recipes

Just picked both of these up at our local farmer’s market, so far I sliced a bit of daikon into an omelette I made… looking for a some real ideas!

Oh well, I felt sorry for my post sitting there with 0 replies :wink: So I just julienned both and made an Asian dressing with rice vinegar, wasabi and so on. Would make a nice light,unusual appetizer for company. There you go!
