This is a local chef here in Westchester. He definitely gets around. He won Next Food Network Star. Here is one thing he is doing while his restaurants are going through this . Has anyone else seen anything interesting?

Look at this other thread too as you two are thinking along similar lines…
Just wondering once we see our way through this, what do you think the future of dining out will be? I know one thing for sure, once they “open” society back up, I’m not running into a packed restaurant or bar. So what do you think the future of dining out will look like? Some obvious ones are tables minimum of 6 feet a part, servers in protective screen (the clear face shields vs. actual masks) and gloves.
What else? What would you expect to start seeing going forward once things open back up…
