Creamed Chipped Beef on Toast

I grew up on this stuff (usually once a week), but not being able to find real chipped beef short of the heavily salted, canned stuff in the supermarket, I have been going with the Stouffer’s frozen stuff (which is actually pretty good).

But this recipe is way better, and takes no more time than thawing out a frozen bag of the Stouffer’s stuff.
