Cream of wheat dumplings

The newly-announced rebranding and repackaging of foods whose advertising contains black character stereotypes reminded me that cream of wheat makes very easy, tasty dumplings to be simmered in soups. The recipes are widely available but here’s a link to a typical one. I like to add parsley or chives to the mixture.
