Oh, really. Ours is butter made by Amish folks. It’s sold at a cheese factory that uses Amish milk for their cheeses. I buy bulk tank milk from a conventional farmer. I spread the love all over when it comes to who I do business with. Part of the community, just like the Latinos I buy tamales and dried peppers from. All money is green at the Amish auction. This is one reason why I go offensive when people suggest we get rid of cash in favor of E money. Not in favor.

I bought a package of Kirkland Grass Fed Butter and found it to be tasty but very salty, not necessarily a bad thing.
