[KKG04051] Yeah. I have used Ranch Kettles, and the smaller ones. I have used a weber bullet-- thankfully they introduced a larger one finally. Offsets make the best bbq, but cooking over the fire and making a pizza or using my custom made wok while slow smoking sausage in the vertical chamber while the main chamber is full of spareribs makes my trailer my favorite device.
