Cooking goals & food-related aspirations for 2025?

Surprisingly, I’ve stuck with these goals this year.

I’ve made more salads than ever, and I’ve been ordering more vegetarian meals when dining out.

I’ve been keeping most of my solo dining take-out breakfasts and lunches to under $30 CAD.

I used to eat out around 6 times each weekend, from Thursday to Sunday, including most of my weekend meals , before 2020, and typically maybe 8 times a week.

I am now dining out around 2 or 3 times a week, and cooking more dinners when I’m solo. I’m also saving more doggy bags from restaurant meals, stretching those meals into 2 meals.
