Iced latte at Café Bélem. $5.50 before tax, plus ice charge of $0.50

(not sure why Iced Latte came out of my mouth when I ordered. LOL)

My Cortado at Agenda on College St, a little more acidic than I prefer. Agenda uses Larry’s World coffee these days

and my Cortado at Masa Deli on Dovercourt each cost $4.60 before tax yesterday. Masa Deli uses De Mello coffee. Also maybe a bit more acidic than my preferred type. I think I’m getting conditioned by my Nicaraguan coffee i drink at home, and am enjoying 3rd Wave Coffee less lately.

Cortado at Café Bélem is $4.25 before tax.

The Cortado at Full Stop on Harbord at Grace was posted at $5.25 before tax yesterday.

Part of the reason I switched to Cortado from Cappuccino was to keep my fancy espresso drink below $5 CAD before tax, so after tax plus a bit of a tip would run $6 CAD.

Of course, my iced lattes at $5.50 to $6 before tax are now running $7 to $7.50 including tax and a tip.
