I’m having a kitchen clambake next weekend which will have: kielbasa, potatoes, shrimp, clams and mussels. What’s your guess on how many clams and mussels for 3 adults? I’m thinking 2 dozen of each.
That sounds like what I would purchase. I always tend to lean towards having too much rather than having too little.
