I’ve always bought the tins of chipotle in adobo and never thought anything of it, but I’d like to make my own. Does anyone have a recipe they make and are willing to share?

DH just bought two little jalapeno plants, in addition to the big 4 year old one that he has bonded with somehow and keeps alive over the winter. I’d like to see any chipotle smoking instructions, with or without adobo to store them in
