Chickpeas and Bean Pastas — Are they good for you?

You’re very welcome! Sharing is caring :blush: — although my gift links are dwindling quickly for September… I believe I only have 2 or 3 left, so I will have to use them sparingly.

I generally despise chickpeas as a main ingredient for dishes, with the exception of good falafel. Flavorless chalkballs to me they are :wink:

I do like papadams, but haven’t tried this snack. You could share them here and see if other posters have comments :slight_smile:
