I know I’ve read about carmelized onion techniques on HO somewhere, slow cooker in particular, but can’t find a dedicated thread. I’m making some for a frittata, and have plenty of time but got to thinking about using an Instant Pot ( grin).
Anyway, I’m parking some ideas here, and would love some input.
