Calamansi - how do you use it?

We have a prolific tree.

(I think it’’s starting to be cross-pollinated because I’m seeing some lemon-shaped ones on it, so this may be moot soon).

I can’t help with use.

But fear not, cross pollination shouldn’t impact your tree - it would impact the next generation if you planted those seeds, but not your tree.

Pretty sure you could make marmalade with them but I’ve only had (salted/preserved) calamansi limes in drinks with ice cube, squeezed over food, in soup. I also ate the same things in Okinawa where they have Citrus depressa which have similar uses.

Candy them if you have a sweet tooth.
