BCC produces wondrous artisanal masterpieces, and they are a joy to cook with. Mac and Lane are a pleasure to deal with, and they are clearly passionate about their incredible products.
I own 3 BCC pots & pans (stockpot, 6 QT casserole, & 3 QT sauté pan), but the 3 QT sauté pan is the one I use the most. I highly recommend adding the the matching lid as it allows for unbelievably good braises. I am very tempted to add the 3 QT rondeau to the family, and look forward to the upcoming trio of sauce pans (1, 2, & 3 QT).
Cooking with tin-lined heavy copper has made me aspire to be a better cook. BCC has given us some unique tools with which to reach greater heights, and I wish them every success. Thank-you!
