Here’s today’s breakfast order in your honor: Scrambled eggs, ww toast, hashbrowns well done and topped, peppered, and capped (I think that was the terminology – tomato, jalapeño, and mushroom). I think the mushroom may be canned. Everything was nicely browned at least. [PXL_20260411_141508321.MP] [PXL_20260411_142651298.MP] Breakfast for three came in under $30 before tip.

In a way, Waffle House is sort of offering a customizable Southern Gröstl. LOL
