I know almost nothing about Baltic cuisines. I recently watched season 13 of My Kitchen Rules which had a team of Lithuanian sisters. They didnât do very well, but the food they cooked looked interesting and unusual.

I have several friends who are Latvian, Lithuaniannor Estonian.
I havenât tried a ton of Baltic dishes.
I have made some cold beet soups.
One Estonian friend was very fond of kugelis, which is a type of potato kugel.
I understand Chicago has quite a few Lithuanian bakeries.
